Once you receive the macarons, we recommend storing your macarons in the fridge to reach optimal texture. For enjoying right away, simply allow macarons to reach room temperature again before consuming (10 minutes).
For longer hold times (up to 1.5 weeks with no compromise in taste of texture), we advise to hold your macarons in a freezer. Allow macarons to reach room temperature before consuming (30 minutes)
