French Bakery Chef
Produce French style baked goods including but not limited to: artisan breads and rolls, muffins, laminated Danish, laminated croissants and doughnuts, tarts, French pastries and cakes, macarons; make, assembly, and decorate cakes. Train Bakers and Apprentices in relevant aspects of French baking. Requires two years experience in job offered. Must be proficient in Creaming Method, Folding, Blending Method, Whipping Method, and Combination Method, Roll-in Method (Block or French Method) for Puff Pastry.
